Shipping Information: Each package carries a $3.00 handling charge plus delivery, depending on your choice of shipping method. We ship orders via UPS. Standard delivery requires 3-5 working days. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery is based on a per piece and per address basis. Fees shown are for the 48 contiguous states. Charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are higher, please call for rates. We do not ship internationally at this time. If a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned, we will need to recharge for delivery to resend it.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If upon receipt of the pillow kit you find your kit incomplete or damaged, please contact customer service ASAP. If there has been any shipping damage, please retain the original packaging. Any product kept for 14 days without notification of a problem, is considered acceptable. Returns for any other reason must first obtain a return number. Please contact us by email with any questions.
